So last time in...

HAHAHAHAHA

Let's be real here. The last time anything happened in this fucking book was Chapter Six. This isn't EVEN as satisfying as Dragonsinger, because there at least we got to see Menolly do awesomely at her music lessons. Jaxom hasn't BEEN in Ruatha for six chapters or so. We haven't gotten to see him rock at anything that isn't being a dick to women.

I seriously don't know why this book bothers me more than Dragonflight or Dragonquest. It's probably just that this is the first book in the series where I don't like ONE of the primary characters. It's not Jaxom's fault his book doesn't have an interesting plot, but he's also not as likable as Menolly, so it's even less forgivable.

( But I digress )
